file requirements of 160 x 240 pixels, in JPEG format,with the student ID as the filename. The file names should be studentid.jpg format where student ID is 9 digit STN (including leading zeros if needed). This is the format we must use to import student photos into our Harmony and Comalex systems. If the photos are not tied properly to the student IDs, we can't import photos.
They need to also have access to name.jpg images (medium resolution)
