| Comment | Please use new template that was approved this summer. Also, THIS SCHOOL has a backside as well. I could not find the backside to the template in the epaperwork. Also, This school has Wing data and Early Release data. Please make sure to look at the data to have that data on the card as well. Please note that the data already has "Wing" and "Early Release". Please make sure that they dont go on the card twice as each wing varies for each student. Also please note that this says Annex. Should not say Annex wing on the card. |
